Dr Allah Rakha

Dr. Allah Rakha is a distinguished Associate Professor (Tenured) at the National Institute of Food Science & Technology, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. With expertise in Food Science & Nutrition, Nutrition Policy, and Nutrition Education, he has led multiple research projects, published over 50 journal articles, and supervised 7 PhDs 5 in progress and several MSC students. His research focuses on cereal processing, dietary fiber, and nutrition advocacy. Dr. Allah Rakha has received several awards, including the Marie-Curie Fellowship, and has strong linkages with industry partners and development organizations with over 80 publications in high-impact journals
