She has served at Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa Model Degree College, Lahore for over 30 years, progressing from Lecturer (1994�2004)to Assistant Professor (2005�2011)and finally Principal (2012�2024). She effectively managed 155 staff members, ensuring academic and administrative excellence. Alongside, she teaches Quran and Tafseer at Madrassa Taleem-ul-Quran Lil Banaat since 2000, promoting Islamic education among women. She also briefly served as Secretary PMEIF (2014�2015) under the Evacuee Trust Property Board, strengthening educational initiatives.
